all sales are final.
Flowers are delicate and require proper care once delivered. Please note that
longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow care instructions provided with each order.
We understand that rare issues may arise. If you receive flowers that are
damaged, wilted on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within
12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and order details. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor color or style variations, as each bouquet is handcrafted.
- Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed if we are contacted more than 12 hours after delivery.
- Orders picked up in person are considered accepted as-is at the time of handoff.
